Processing Time


  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.



Shipping Rates & Delivery


  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • We currently ship within Canada and the United States.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Canada: 3–7 business days
    • United States: 7–14 business days

  • Please note: delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.



Order Tracking


  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.



In-Store Pickup


  • Free pickup is available at Canfora Hair Studio, 343 Queen Street, Fredericton, NB. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.



International Shipping


  • We offer international shipping outside of Canada and the United States.



Lost or Damaged Packages


  • We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. Please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at canforahair@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos of the package and product.
